These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay at The Old Stonehouse Yandoit ("The Old Stonehouse", "we", "our" or "us"). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and accepts responsibility for all guests staying at the property.
2. Rates and Payments
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing displayed on our website at any time prior to a booking being confirmed.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the booking process.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Unless otherwise agreed:
Check-in is from 2:00 pm - 11:00pm
Check-out is by 10:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process and forms part of your booking confirmation.
If you book through a third-party booking platform (such as Airbnb, Stayz or Booking.com), that platform's cancellation policy may also apply.
Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with rights that cannot be excluded, those rights continue to apply.
5. Occupancy
Only registered guests included in your booking may stay overnight at the property.
The maximum occupancy for each accommodation option must not be exceeded.
Please contact us before arrival if your guest numbers change.
6. Respect for the Property
We ask all guests to treat The Old Stonehouse with care and respect.
Guests are responsible for:
Leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition
Reporting any accidental damage as soon as reasonably possible
Respecting neighbours and surrounding properties
Following any house rules provided before or during your stay.
7. Noise and Events
The Old Stonehouse is intended as a peaceful country retreat.
Parties, large gatherings, weddings, functions or events are not permitted without our prior written approval.
Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly during the evening.
8. Pets
Pets are welcome only where specifically permitted and must be approved at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturb neighbouring properties or wildlife.
Additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from pets may be charged where necessary.
No pets on beds or furniture.
9. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any buildings.
Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
10. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear caused during their stay.
Where damage occurs, we may seek reimbursement for reasonable repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs.
11. Liability
While we take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable stay, guests use the property and surrounding grounds at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Personal injury arising from misuse of the property
Events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Website Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate.
However, photographs, descriptions and availability are provided as a guide only and may change from time to time.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.

One thing I'd add (and I think it'll elevate the site)
Rather than calling this page "Terms & Conditions", I'd title it:
Booking Terms & Conditions
It immediately tells guests what the page is about and is the wording used by many boutique accommodation providers. It's a small change, but it feels much more polished and professional.
